Completely agree. As a frequent flyer I have seen nothing but my benefits be negatively impacted since Jeff Smisek merged the airlines and have watched with disgust as many fine employees were fired, had their hours cut and otherwise made to feel unimportant in the post merger United. You are completely correct to say this company can only improve under new leadership.
