Four cities in two days will do that to you.

Then a tiny ancient United puddle hopper to NYC (Mesa needs more new planes).
So sad. No upgrades even possible on a tiny embrear 145. @united contractors have an aging fleet. pic.twitter.com/zhYvoSm0ub

Train to Connecticut from Penn Station bright and early

Now leaving NY
Then it was on to the worst Hertz rental car of all time. Dirty, over milage, driven hard, shimmy. Just crap. You can really suck Hertz!

This Hertz car sucks

Acela to NY: Train travel dogs the airlines
May 26, 2014
Airline travel has become so much like bus service (and bad bus service at that) that taking the train makes sense even when that involves driving an hour in to the station.
The acela has comfortable seats, wifi, power, and a cafe car. Boarding requires only waiting a few minutes at the gate (like 5, versus 90). And when you get to NY you find yourself at Penn Station right in the middle of the city.
Why fly? Good question.
